"We got into our room for the night. Within the first 15 minutes of lying in bed, I started to get itchy and noticed hives. After several bites, I turned on the flashlight on my phone and checked the bed and pillows. There were tiny little bugs crawling around on both the bed and pillow. I jumped in the shower to wash them off. I had several bites on my arm and face. Got absolutely no sleep."

"The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. "Nice lobby with cozy fireplace, books, games, and coffee station. Breakfast was decent, though we didn't experience what others had raved about. They had a group of school kids staying, so I guess they ran out of better breakfast options. Would be nice to have some more fruit options and not just a sugary type of yogurt. It was also very noisy in room with others walking by in the morning; you could hear everything in the hallway. That said, comfortable bed and the amenities at the athletic club...

"Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, great location, ample parking, breakfast was basic simple. Fridge, microwave and sink in room were a plus. Great staff and host!"
