"Great place to stay on Sanibel Island. Room was clean and cute. Loved that they had beach loungers and an outdoor shower. We walked the beach picking up shells and loved our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely choose to stay here again."

"We love staying at Tween Waters on Captiva Island! We have stayed here several times. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the bay from our room! We met friends here and we all had fun over the 4th of July. It is so nice to enjoy the pool, the beach and restaurants at Tween Waters but what we love the most is being able to go boating while we are there. We usually bring our own boat but this time our friends brought their boats. It is nice to be able to enjoy boating and using the boat docks along with all the great amenities that Tween Waters offers!"

"This resort was wonderful! Clean, accommodating, VERY peaceful, and family or even single oriented. The one thing tho that chapped my hide was, that the chairs and umbrellas ARE NOT INCLUDED. In my opinion, including beach chairs loungers and beach ⛱️ umbrellas is. BASICCCCAAHHH for a beach RESORT. Be better Casa Ybel 🙄🫡💯"

"The view of the water was great, the rooms spacious, friendly management, and overall awesome. The owner was very thoughtful with putting everything you need on a sheet for wifi, numbers needed, and various options for a comfortable stay. A couple of hiccups, but not worthy of taking points, the hot water for the kitchen sink was poor - we used the kettle to heat water up for dishes. When someone parks in your spot (we were there for the 4th of July) they don't do anything as it is private property they don't tow. Made it a bit difficult as we had two rooms with family. Otherwise, the seashells you find are great, pool was like bath water - perfect, the beach was so much fun, and the seashell museum was wonderful. It was very clean, air conditioning was great after a day at the beach, and we were able to see fireworks off the front door patio! Would definitely go again - next time we want to rent some bikes to explore the area a bit. Great food at the Gramma Dots. Thank you to the owner and management for ensuring we had a wonderful time."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. The location was convenient, and the amenities made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience."

"We were in the tiki room which is a freestanding building at the back of the complex right on the parking lot. It was nice and very clean, spacious enough inside to walk around with a little area sink and fridge and then also the bathroom and bedroom area. They had so many hooks in this place it was fabulous because that is always something that is lacking. The air conditioner was cool and with the ceiling fan, we were super comfy. Some parking lot noise and a kind of low hum noise in the room once in awhile, but I'd still stay in that room again. A nice big pool with chairs and floats. But in July and with no shade, it was warmer than most bathtubs. Not sure what other amenities they had, the office doesn't open until 10am so either make your own coffee in your room or walk a couple doors down and get it at 7-eleven. Leslie checked us in and was very nice and informative, I only gave 4 stars because I think someone should be on site earlier with ready-made coffee. Kona Kai is walkable to our new favorite restaurant, Mudbugs. But also this is a great location and we rode our bikes all over using the trail. We also enjoyed Lighthouse Cafe and it's a short bike ride from Kona."

"I was amazed on how fresh and clean the room was . I am OCD with cleanliness and I can vouch for the cleanliness of the room. Only issue was the pillows. They were too hard and we woke up with a neck ache. Besides that this is all 5 stars ."
