"Fantastic location, staff so very accommodating and let me have late check out at no extra cost as my colleague had cancelled flights from US and arrived so very late. Rooms quiet and very comfy. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had for gluten free and lactose free. Lovely and clean, would highly recommend and certainly stay again."

"We had a lovely weekend stay at Tortue in a Grande Double Room, which was very spacious and included a comfortable sitting area. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a little flimsy. The bathroom was on the smaller side, with a shower over the bath; and the towels felt quite thin. The décor throughout the hotel is stylish, with a dark and moody atmosphere that we really liked. "Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch sehr klein. Das „Badezimmer“ ist in einer Nische im Zimmer enthalten. Lediglich die Toilette ist durch eine separate Tür abgetrennt. Im Flur liegt Teppich aus, der wirklich enorm nach Plastik oder Erdöl riecht. Der Geruch zog abends auch ins Zimmer rein. Die Preise in der Hotelbar sind unterirdisch. Ein Bier kostet 10,50€!"

"Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Und eigentlich ist das Hotel wirklich stylisch aber es ist einfach Mega abgerockt. Die Wände im Bad und im Zimmer waren voller Flecken. Ich will echt nicht wissen was das alles war. Das Frühstück war leider auch garnicht besonders. Der Preis passt überhaupt nicht. Das Personal war total nett, die Bar richtig schön und das NENI echt klasse. Es gibt in Hamburg viele Hotels die deutlich besser sind für den Preis. Schade"

"Located central in a modern building with a fitness center and sauna I would book again. Two subway lines are close with one nearly at its door, yet it’s not a crowded and nosy area. I was able to take the S1 with an easy lift transfer to the U3. Then walked a few street to the hotel. I was provided a corner room with wall to wall windows; beautiful. There are blackout curtains, should you not want to wake with the sunrise. There is a desk with a cable to hook up your electronics should...

"The front desk person wasn’t super friendly and we were supposed to get a bottle of wine with our stay which we didn’t, but other than that it’s a great place to stay . The room was comfortable, good breakfast, and the washer/ dryer were sending us messages when the cycle was done :) good experience overall"
