A wonderful hotel in the heart of Urfa! The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff is incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything you need. One evening, we even enjoyed some live music and traditional dance, which made the experience even more special. I highly recommend staying here!

Not bad experience, could be better.

Good position of the hotel, very close to the main places to visit in Sanliurfa. The host is friendly. The room could have been cleaned better. The premises also host a bar and one of the nights the music was quite loud. Overall a decent stay, but there is space for improvement.

The highlight was the staff.great young guys. The boss was not on site but all questions and requests by text were answered almost immediately. I am a solo traveler in my late 60s and on a budget. It was perfect. I have to mention the ice cold beer

Комнаты чисты, персонал старается. Странно, что есть кухня, но из принадлежностей только 2 стакана, Даже ложек нет. Но нам это не помешало. Возможно так не во всех комнатах. Из минусов из раковины шел не приятный запах.

Bu otelde iki gece kaldım. Konumu çok güzel ve personel beni çok iyi karşıladı. Ancak büyük bir sorun var: Her gece lobide yüksek sesle müzik çalıyorlar ve odaların ses yalıtımı o kadar zayıf ki odanın dışındaki insanların konuşmalarını duyabiliyorsunuz, müziğin ne kadar rahatsız edici olduğunu tahmin edebilirsiniz. Gece yarısı müziği kapattıklarını söylüyorlar, ama bu, uzun bir günün ardından tek istediğiniz dinlenmekken, müziğin kulaklarınızda çınlaması gerçeğini değiştirmiyor. Urfa'ya gitsem yine kalırım.

Oldukça yeterli. Benim karşılanmayan bir ihtiyacım olmadı. Fiyat da uygundu. Oldukça merkezi bir yerde. kahvaltı yeterli. Sadece duşta sıcak soğuk ayarlamak biraz güçtü, ama mevsim sıcak olduğu için sorun yaşamadım. Hoş sohbet barmen Özkan arkadaşa teşekkürler.

Öncelikle ilk seçtiğimiz oda verilmedi (şu tesisatı bozuk dendi) ertesi gün odaya geçtik . Sabah kalktığımızda tesisatı bozuk dedikleri odada başka bir müşteri vardı. Sonra kapılar çok sıkıntılı özellikle tuvaletin ki altı üstü açık köy kapının bildiğin köy tuvaleti gibi ne yapıyorsan tuvalette naklen yayın odada . İlk girdiğimiz odanin perdesi bile kornişten çıkmıştı pencereyi tam kapatmıyordu. Yani bir sandalye alıp çıkıp 1 dakikada düzeltilecek şeye önem vermemişler . Ben de kağıt sıkıştırdım perdeyle pencere arasına . Merkezi bir yerde olması ve temizlik noktasında iyiler . Çok bir beklentiye girmeyin hatta çok değil beklentiye girmeyin. Sadece yatıp kalkıp gideceğiniz bir yer çadır gibi düşünün.

Bon séjour, situation idéale à Sanliurfa

Accueil simple rapide efficace! J’ai été surclassée ma chambre n’était pas disponible. Le patio mériterait d’être mieux entretenu, dépoussiérer, balayer le sol jonché de fruits de mûrier ça colle aux chaussures. Poubelle débordante dans la ruelle proche de l’entrée de l’hôtel quel dommage ! Chambre fonctionnelle Bonne literie, douche sans cabine mais c’est comme ça parfois dans les hôtels turcs. Pour 2 nuits c’était confortable, de plus bien situé pour visiter à pieds. Quelques points de propreté extérieure à améliorer, c’est un hôtel mignon qui a du charme. J’ai peu vu le personnel mais répond aux messages assez rapidement.

Odamız zemin kattaydı, yanımızdaki pencereden bütün akşam bütün müzikleri ve sohbetleri aynen dinledik, odamız soğuktu, odanın içinden banyo kapısının camından duş ve klozet gözüküyor, yatakta yatan birisi içeride duş alanı izliyor, her şey baya kötüydü, duşakabin yok klozetle dip dibe duş alıyorsunuz, yerde bize ait olmayan başka kişilerin kıyafetleri vardı, sanırım unutulmuş, yerler çok pisti, temizlendiğini düşünmüyorum, battaniye istedik yok dediler, yorgan sorduk kirli dediler, şal gibi bir örtü verdiler, üşüdük, klimanın kumandası yoktu, istedik getirdi, emanet buldum geri götüreceğim dedi, bütün gece klimayı ayarlayamadık, uyandık sabah kapının önünde geceden kalma bira şişeleri, tuvalet de yeterince temiz değildi, yataklar zaten gıcırdıyor, her yerden gürültü çoktu, otopark zaten yok, otele yakın park yeri neredeyse imkansız, memnun kalmadık, şampuan duş jeli kahvaltı vs. Hiçbir şey yoktu, ama fazladan yastık bile yoktu, genel olarak hiçbi şeyi beğenmedik, fiyatını asla haketmiyor, burada kalmanızı önermiyorum, kendisini çok geliştirmeli hem de çok
