"We could have given a 1 star rating for an accidental charge that was placed on our card, but because of the receptionist's professionalism in handling the situation, this place deserves a higher rating for good customer service. We believe her name was Leiani (??) Please excuse us if this was a misspell. She was the only night shift receptionist who helped us. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about. Everything was good. "

"To be avoided if at all possible. Indoor pool inop for what looks like a long time. "Queen bed" is smaller - about the size of a full. Only chair in our room was an old high school classroom chair - complete with duct tape. Staff is unwilling to compromise on pricing because of the unacceptable condition. STILL waiting for our refund. The delay is on Expedia - I have a hard copy of the refund. Not a peep from Expedia yet.
Do yourselves a favor. Dont stay here, and wherever you do stay somewhere, dont use Expedia to book. Just put it on your credit card so if something happens, you have the control - you dont have to wait for Expedia to get off their buts and issue any credit. "
