"We were originally put in a top floor apartment and when I asked if someone could take the cases up for us was told no, so they put us in a ground floor one. The floor hadn’t been swept properly. The next morning at 7am the kettle blew the electric fuse, so scrambled about in dark to sort it. We were given a new one later in the day. The apartments need an update as very old fashion, but the size is great. The staff were really good, especially Miguel from Sevilla. Nothing was to much trouble....
