"Room was clean, only stayed one night. Front desk staff was dismissive and lacked empathy on our unique situation of extremely delayed flight resulting in a delayed check-in. Traveling as a family with small children, no assistance with helping us problem solve even after explaining the chaotic adventure we experienced to get to the hotel for check-in after hours. Another staff member overheard and was able to assist after all and of course once I attempted to cancel my reservation and retrieve...

"We stayed one night at the BAH. It is not right beside the airport so you need to allocate some time to take their free shuttle to get to/from the airport. The rooms and your standard hotel room with no issues. The pool is nice and offered a relaxing break from our day. Staff were helpful and we were able to get our room early watch was a great bonus."
