"It’s a nice clean hotel, there is only 2 lifts where everyone is trying to use it..not sure where the stairs are..also for a expensive hotel, there is a lack of amenities such as house slippers, robes etc. water bottles are a welcome gift which is given once..this place is not close to any public transport..there are a few eating places around and having 2 supermarkets within walking distance was a bonus"

"The air conditioning was not well ventilated. I asked the staff for cutlery and they said go to the restaurant and get that by your self I mean as a guest they shoud have provided me the required thing to my room."
