"The property is absolutely beautiful and amazing! Love the hotel and some of the staff are wonderful and helpful. Alex at guest services is the BEST!! Sofia and Adrianna are also great. Eduardo is so nice, patient and very helpful with his ideas and setting up the private boat for us to go to Formentera. The front desk staff were very helpful as well. Now with respect to Coya beach club, Rosa, Carla Arturo and Pilar are all very nice.
However, the service at the beach club needs to improve drastically for a resort with this caliper including the high prices as well as the food was terrible. We are big time foodies and always eat at top notch restaurants like Zuma, Casa Maya and Tatel as an example. We ordered food like chicken wraps and burgers and within 5 minutes the food arrived, so I asked the server how come the food is ready so fast? he said it was pre-made, laughed about it and left. That is absolutely unacceptable!!! I told few people about our experience and how bad it was, but no one seemed to care to connect me to a manager. They even charged me 28 Euros for a watermelon plate even though it was free with the beds that we rented and we were supposed to get two platters for free. So for bad food and bad service we paid about 300 Euros, not good. The beds are great and the beach is beautiful. So this impacted my rating of 4 stars instead of 5 stars along with the fact that one of the two rooms we had out of the two, the AC wasn't cold enough & shower flooded 1 day."
