As a customer, I found their behaviour unpleasant. The office and the hotel are in different locations. I had to walk about 10 minutes to the office carrying heavy luggage, and it felt like an hour. "Ho soggiornato presso JR Hotels Gate 7 per una notte. La posizione è abbastanza comoda per chi deve viaggiare e il parcheggio è sicuramente un punto a favore. Anche la colazione è ottima e ben fornita. Purtroppo la stanza non era niente di particolare e i letti erano davvero troppo duri, risultando poco confortevoli. Il bagno, sebbene carino esteticamente, è estremamente piccolo. Inoltre la pulizia generale della stanza e del bagno non era soddisfacente e potrebbe essere migliorata."

"Rooms could have done with some form of soundproofing as we could hear adjacent rooms and from above, however, we were so tired it did not affect us greatly. Hot water went off one morning of the three we stayed so we were unable to shower, we had to boil the kettle and pour into the sink, mix with the cold water and have a strip wash to freshen up. We had to have the windows open too as the air-conditioning was only seasonal and they would not turn them on nor were we able to turn the radiators...

"Llegamos muy noche y el check in fue muy rápido y el personal muy amable, la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas, habitación limpia y de buen tamaño con clóset grande y banca para maletas, refrigerador con agua que se agradece, el baño excelente . Un poco de ruido por la carretera pero no interfiere en el sueño, por la noche se escuchó muy cerca una persona gritando en su teléfono, me despertó. El desayuno muy rico y muy completo. Me volvería a hospedar aquí sin dudarlo."
