"Very disappointing experience. As two women traveling alone, arriving after dark to an unfamiliar town was stressful enough, but this hotel made the situation even worse. Communication was difficult because very few staff members, including management, spoke English, leaving us feeling unsupported and uncertain about our options. The hotel itself was not what we expected. The lobby appeared old, shabby, and poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere felt more like a budget hostel than a hotel....

"Great location, close to the city center square. It did have an elevator as well so that was a bonus for me as the elevation impacted me immensely. The rooms did not have heat but there was a space heater that warmed up the room really well. The bathroom was small and the shower did not drain well so that was a small issue. Breakfast was basic some fruits and cereal with a couple meat options but I didn’t eat much the entire trip with the Diamox altering my taste. Don’t leave any food or candy...

"El primer cuarto que nos dieron no estaba limpio, las sabanas estaban manchadas y todo olia a guardado. Con el segundo cuarto fue igual. El agua de la ducha era fria. El desayuno nunca fue remplazado, entonces si no eres de los primeros lo que queda ( que es poco) esta seco"

"The interior of the hotel is very nice and our room was beautiful. The breakfast staff and front desk staff were awesome. The room was very cold and there are heaters but they just seem to barely warm the room. The desk staff provided an additional plug-in heater."
