I called multiple times because our room door did not lock, could be pushed open from outside, would lock when we were inside. The maintenance guys did arrive and worked to get it fixed. "I don’t know anything about the property. I booked the place by mistake via Expedia, and neither the hotel nor Expedia offered any financial relief. It cost 3 days/nights. Instead of the hotel trying to track me down, it was simpler to just register me as a no show and charge for 3 nights."
