"The pool area and our room were very clean. The rooms are pricey for what you get but the location is great. The staff is not helpful. They're simply there to check you in , no small talk or friendliness, nor provide any information that might improve your stay."

"The staff was quickly responsive to requests. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. I suppose they could replace the carpet. It was a good value for the price. I have family in Santa Barbara and travel there frequently. Sandpiper is a good option for me. I do wish there were in room safes."
