"We had an excellent stay at La Arboleda, and I especially want to recognize Sally, who made our experience truly special. She not only checked us in but also took the time to give us a full tour of the property and explain all of the amenities.
Sally was incredibly welcoming, warm, and genuine, it honestly felt like being taken care of by a family aunt. Her kindness and sweetness made us feel immediately at home and set the tone for a wonderful stay.

" The hotel was beautiful and classy. So beautifully decorated. I appreciated the fact that they included social hour with wine, desert time (cookie and pastries) and breakfast in the price. They also gave us wine "passport" which we could use for some freebies at local wineries.
The only thing that was slightly off - was the room representation. I booked deluxe king room and when we checked in, we received the room on the first floor that looked much smaller than it did on the pictures....
