"This hotel is old and very rundown. We didn’t expect Doubletree to be in this standard. Worst of all, my daughter’s bed has bedbugs, she ended up having multiple areas with bedbugs bites. I checked out of the hotel early in the morning while the manager had not arrived yet. The staff reassured me that the manager will contact me but he/she never did.
Such a disappointment! Don’t stay here."
