The food was grim. Cheap quality and not appetising. Grounds are nice and good activities for older kids. Not a good place for under 3s. Terribly difficult place for single parents with two or more children.

The room smelt moldy, the sheets were stained and the food was absolutely disgusting. Undercooked and flavorless, i ended up sick the first night there. So we ate out for the rest of the time. The liquor was watered down. It’s more Kid, friendly than for adults And the beach is not a part of the resort. IT SMELLS LIKE SEWAGE THE MINUTE YOU ARRIVE,

Hotel in quiet area of ibiza. Only parking is down side street which is inconvenient when travelling with suitcases. No side entrances available into hotel. Staff only seem to be there to clear up after you, there is no service here with the exception of bar staff who are great. Reception team not really helpful with requests, nor do they want to go out of their way to help you with any simple task. Entertainment team do not work on Mondays so if its raining or is a overcast day and you want to do activities such as the mini golf, tennis, or any other activity which requires equipment stored with the entertainment team, you cannot! Why not store this at reception or somewhere else accessible? Breakfast and dinner options are barely warm no matter what time of day you arrive at the restaurant, however the food selection is good, just a shame it's never hot. Won't be returning to this hotel or area of ibiza.

Das Hotel was sehr kinderfreundlich, die Animateure hatten immer ein Lächeln für die Kids auf den Lippen und haben sich zauberhaft gekümmert. Das gastronomische Angebot ist hervorragend! Schöne Anlage, besonders für Familien mit Kindern. Vielfältiges Sportangebot. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr auf Sauberkeit bedacht. Im Hauptrestaurant gab es ein abwechslungsreiches und reichhaltiges Buffet. Zwei Spezialitätenrestaurants: "Bodega" (schön gelegen direkt am Strand, tolles Essen), "Trattoria" (nichts besonderes, wir fanden es eher enttäuschend). Die Getränke an der Bar fanden wir nicht so toll, insbesondere die Cocktails. Da waren wir von anderen Magic Life Clubs besseres gewohnt.

Accomodatie is goed. Kamers zijn goed. Avond eten is uitgebreid en gevarieerd. Ontbijt en lunch zijn telkens wat hetzelfde. Wat echter zeer storend was, is het nachtlawaai. We reizen met een peuter van 2 jaar en in onze slaapkamer werd geluidsoverlast gemeten vanaf 21u00 tot 60 decibel!! Dit komt door de muziek die ze afspelen.

La porte de la chambre laisse passer la lumière et tout le bruit possible, cet hôtel étant pour les familles je ne comprends pas pourquoi on doit tolérer le bruit et cris de clients irrespectueux passé 00h ! Hotel grand chambres dernier étage au calme avec bonne literie et salon séparé, climatisation un peu bruyante, beaucoup de choix au buffet, par contre peu de personnel au bar et beaucoup d’attente, de nombreuses animations, boutique mini supermarché sur place, Menage des chambres moyen. Der Empfang und die Anreise war freundlich. Wir konnten auch ohne Diskussion das zuerst zugewiesene Zimmer, welches etwas modrig roch, wechseln. Die Speisen beim Mittag- und Nachtessen waren leider durchwegs kalt bis lauwarm und wenig bis gar nicht gewürzt. Die Auswahl war gut und eine Mikrowelle zum Aufwärmen der Speisen hatte es auch. Die frisch zubereitete Pizza war gut, obwohl leider auch kalt. Den Wasser-Kaffee aus der Maschine ist nur schlecht geniessbar. Die Poolanlage ist schön und ausgiebig. Nur hat es zu wenig Schattenplätte am und um den Pool. Das frühmorgendliche Besetzen der Liegen war einfach nur lästig! Für Kinder und Jugendliche wird viel geboten. Die Poolanlage ist bis 19.00h offen, die Poolbar jedoch nur bis 18.00h und der Getränkeausschank, welcher an der Zapfstation angeboten werden, wird abgestellt. Keine Ahnung weshalb. Jeder Gast erhält ein Badetuch für den Aufenthalt. Dieses kann jedoch nur einmal am Tag bezogen und erst am nächsten Tag wieder zurückgegeben und ausgetauscht werden. DIes führt zum unschönen Anblick, dass feuchte Tücher in allerelei Farben über die Balkongeländer zum Trocknen gehängt werden. Auch befindet sich die Badetücherausgabe am hintersten Ende der Anlage. Zum kleinen Strand Cala Pada muss man die Anlage und ca. 200m gehen. Die Bucht ist klein und das Wasser sauber. Zwei kleine Strandbars bieten Essen und Trinken an und Liegestühle können gegen eine Gebühr von EUR 7.00 pro Tag gemietet werden. Taxis gibt es wenig in der Umgebung.

Amazing facilities. Shocking evening entertainment

Hotel and facilites are brilliant, everything is in place. Hotel is clean and well maintained, food also lots of options. The entertainment in the evening is shocking, the only good act was the acrobat who amazing on the hoop. The other dancers are boring, It’s like watching your children who’ve made a dance up in the bedroom! It all starts late too. The evenings were disappointing. We went out a few times to escape it! Not entertaining for the adults at all.

Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. Kamer altijd netjes schoon gemaakt en het park ziet er heel verzorgd uit. Ruim keuze aan eten en duidelijke COVID instructies. Jammer dat er geen parkeerplaatsen op eigen terrein zijn en dat het standaard handdoeken leggen is bij het zwembad.
