"Balcony was beautiful and we could sit and look at the view. Great location for eh central downtown you could walk in either direction and get to quick places to eat and shop. Loved being close to the water and staff was helpful and friendly."

"We were a bit confused by this hotel. This is a luxury boutique hotel that didn’t really feel like a luxury hotel. The staff were nice which is expected but didn’t go out of their way for us. The location is excellent and our room had a beautiful view of the Portofino piazza but the windows all had signs saying “please keep windows closed”. Our room furnishings were standard.
