"I found a lot of ants everywhere The plates in the kitchen drawers were left unclean The bed sheet were clean but the mattress were not During our 3 nights stay no one change our towels or bed sheets"

"We arrived after11:30 PM and reception was closed. They did have an emergency number and I was able to reach a staff member to let us into the room. The room had ants. We couldn't resolve it until the next day. Didn't use the pool as the beach was a short walk."
