Instalaciones muy antiguas, aunque el departamento es amplio, la cocina encimera con algunos botones rotos, tijeras, cuchillos y utensilios en mal estado. Las toallas q dejaron pequeñas, y de muy baja calidad Los muebles en general bastante viejos , aseo muy regular Esta bien ubicado, cerca de comercio y de la playa
