Great place to stay. Pros: Clean, delicious breakfast, close to a mall and restaurants, walking distance from beach, amazing swimming pool, pretty good fitness center. Cons: Beach amenities. There are no beds, only chairs. The tents aren’t permanent, they must be disassembled daily. It is supposed to be around 17:00, but the staff starts around 16:30 to bother you with the process. They want to do it as early as possible and go away.

El check in es muy tarde, la habitación tenía dos cucarachas y estaba supuestamente “recién arreglada” nos dijeron que nos daban un agua de cortesía y nunca llegó, pedimos una acomodación extra (paga) y no recibimos toalla ni almohada/cobijas. El desayuno es muy bueno, calificación honesta 2/5

Absolutely fantastic stay, the staff are lovely and very attentive, the rooms are beautiful and fresh, the pool is delightful and a short walk to a private beach for the hotel….. I can’t rate this place high enough if in Santa Marta region

I love this hotel. Modern, clean and now with their own sun umbrellas on the beach. Excellent cocktails by the pool side. The only improvement I would suggest is better WiFi in the rooms. Currently you get great connectivity on the 1st and 3rd floor and not so good elsewhere.

Everything was good with the room and the service. The only issue I had was that the hotel automatically charged me the 19% IVA without even asking me if I was a Colombia resident. I am not. I gave them my USA passport which showed I last entered the country on 11/25/23 but they claim it did not have the exact stamp they needed to see. I hold a cédula extranjera so the stamp is slightly different. My point is they didn’t have any idea as to how many days I was in the country in 2023 but they still billed me an additional $500 USD!
