"This was our second stay here, but unfortunately our last. We were greeted very well by the young lady on duty when we checked in at 3:00.
However, our room had a mattress that needs to be replaced, (it made a noise every time I got up to go to the bathroom, which woke my husband up). The sink was very slow to drain, and there was water under the sink on the floor numerous times even though I put a towel down to soak it up. The soap products in the shower needed to be filled, plus the shower floor was very unsafe as it was so slick. We did report this to the man on duty when we checked out and he logged them into a notebook.
Also, there was no phone in the room, so my husband had to go downstairs to get a staff member to come up and get the tv to connect.
Both days my husband had to go downstairs to get our door key card reprogrammed. They told him that it was because we had it next to a cell phone. We did not.
On a positive note, the room was large and clean, as well as, the lobby, and eating area.
However, we will seek out another hotel to stay at when we come back to visit relatives.
