Beware of hidden costs

5pm check in is terrible especially when check out is between 9 am and 10 am which means you lose a whole day. The rules are far too many for someone trying to relax. Restrictions on times of using the pool, also you get charged 20 Euro extra per day for cleaning and no one comes to clean. You also have to take your own rubbish out. No towels provided unless you pay and from memory it’s ten euro per towel.

We had a one bedroom apartment at this property. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location of the property was very convenient, within walking distance from downtown. The pool was an added bonus. Also, having air conditioning made our stay comfortable. A few things I’d suggest for improvement… we arrived late at night and there were no towels. Apparently these have to be rented and we had to pay additional fees. Also, the kitchen had nothing we could use…salt, pepper, sugar, oil… we had to purchase everything and then clear everything out at departure. We did not see a coffe machine… that would have been nice to have. Finally, the sink was not draining and upon arrival we addressed the problem with the administrator but this was never fixed. Overall, we had a nice experience.

Eine sehr schöne, saubere und große Ferienwohnung. Es hat an nichts gemangelt. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und es gab immer einen freien Parkplatz in direkter Umgebung. Auch die kostenfreien Fahrräder sind uns positiv in Erinnerung.

Das Apartment war an sich super, ausreichend groß für 2 Personen. Bei Ankunft war alles sauber und der Check-In war reibungslos. Die Unterkunft liegt fußläufig <10 Minuten zur Innenstadt mit Restaurants etc. und 15 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Parkplätze haben wir immer problemlos in der Nähe gefunden. Ein Kritikpunkt habe ich jedoch und das sind intransparente Zusatzkosten nach der Buchung. Wir wurden in unserer Willkommensnachricht darauf hingewiesen, dass vor Ort noch eine Cleaning Fee anfällt, sowie in der Hochsaison eine Utility Fee pro Tag/pro Person. Letztere ist zum Glück bei uns jedoch nicht angefallen, da wir Ende Mai vor Ort waren. Auch ein neues Set Handtücher für eine Person hätte extra gekostet, was ich bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche nicht komplett nachvollziehen kann. Dann doch lieber den Buchungsbetrag höher ansetzen und nicht im Nachhinein für alles extra Geld verlangen.

Prijs/kwaliteit vonden wij het een prima accommodatie. Goede ligging t.o.v. strand en centrum. Vriendelijke en behulpzame receptie medewerkers/sters. Heel veel geluk gehad met onze studio die over bijna de gehele breedte een balkon had. Zwembad omgeving werd elke ochtend perfect bijgehouden en ook het trappenhuis was brandschoon. Het is in principe geschikt voor elke doelgroep. Er waren zowel oudere en jongere gasten en ook gasten met kleinere kinderen. Wij zouden het zeker aanbevelen.

Ótima estadia

Pontos positivos: ótima localização e boa estrutura do quarto. Check in foi flexível. Comunicação com a recepção foi boa. Cama confortável. Disponibilizam guarda-sol. Piscina excelente. Pontos negativos: banheiro no primeiro dia estava fedendo esgoto. Não possui estacionamento e na alta temporada é difícil achar vaga na rua.

ottimo soggiorno

Ottimo soggiorno. Comoda la posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi, vicinissima al centro ma abbastanza distanza per non sentire il rumore del via vai notturno. Servizio impeccabile. Piscina invitante a disposizione. Tornerò!
