" One hour into breakfast, there was very limited fruit, granola. The staff did not restock and I felt badly for those customers who arrived in the next 2 hours. This was experienced both days. At dinner, the servers never came to check on us, ask if we needed anything, how our food was. We found them to be quite curt and not customer focused. Housekeeping and gardeners A+; reception desk staff varied depending on who was working."

"We stayed here for four nights and were very satisfied. The location is great. Restaurants, the main street, and the beach are all within easy walking distance. We were able to enjoy the sunset right from the beach.
Breakfast was delicious. The staff and the manager were all very friendly, courteous, and attentive.
The only downside is the rather uncomfortable bed.
Overall, we can definitely recommend the hotel and would come back anytime."

"NO ONE should book this property.
We paid $2,600 for a week and ended up leaving on day one. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and have never once walked out until this place. I don’t even know where to begin.
Before you even get to the hotel, enjoy climbing up the disaster of a dirt road. It’s extremely steep and full of holes that will most definitely scrape the bottom of your car. I was really concerned for my rental. Driving up and down this road, especially at night, was a nightmare....
