"Tuve una experiencia muy buena porque ya había hecho check out porque iba a pasar la línea a Estsdos Unidos y no alcancé a pasar porque cierran a las 10pm y tuve que regresar al hotel y me dieron la llave y no tuve que pagar más. En otra ocasión, le faltaba a la alarma de cambiarle la pila y les llamé y llegaron en un minuto y la arreglaron de inmediato"
