The hotel is located 4-5 blocks from the historic area and 7-8 from the Cathedral what makes it very convenient. There is parking at a preferred rate just across the street, also very convenient. Breakfast is quite good. The rooms are very small and if you can, try to get a lower floor as the elevators take forever when the hotel is full. We were in the last floor (8th) and the hotel was pretty full making our “commute” to and from the room quite long.

The major like was location. Just down the road from the train station walkable distance from Cathedral (the city isn't huge). The dislikes were now view, we looked into 4 concrete walls and other rooms' windows, the lack of any food option other than a marginal breakfast buffet and the room themselves were small and cramped. With that said, the price was fair and it worked for a couple nights.

We had a rental car and the parking garage was extremely easy to find with directions from the reception staff. We were able to park right in front of the hotel to get directions and drop off our luggage. The hotel was very clean! Within 10 to 15 minutes walking, we were in the main area of town

Good value, welcoming and excellent location.

Modern and friendly hotel with helpful staff and a pleasant morning buffet breakfast. The rooms are clean and well furnished and the bathroom is modern with a good shower. Two small points to note are that the Wi-Fi in the bedroom was not very strong and there is a lack of hooks to hang wet towels in the bathroom. This hotel is excellently located for the old town and very close and convenient for the railway station. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay representing good value for money.

you cannot fault the property, it is clean, it is convenient, the staff maybe can "smile" a little bit, Anna P who had welcome us was good, the other Anna in the evening shift- also was nice, the other one- I hope she is not really working in reception, as it not a conduct of someone in the reception. That being said, it was a value for money hotel

Excellent location,5 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to the cathedral. Clean and bright room with friendly staff. What we don't like is the lack of amenities, not even water nor kettle, no rubbish bin, and there's a minibar description in the hotel amenities but only an empty fridge

Overall I got a good impression. The hotel is located nicely in the city center, just a short walk from the cathedral and many restaurants. The room was nicely furnished and well maintained. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Biggest issue for me was the missing soundproofing between rooms. I could hear every word spoken in the room next door, the TV, music etc. Elevators were slow and it would sometimes take several minutes to go up or down.

No wifi and no refund, would not recommend.

We were there for 2 nights. The first day our wifi didn't work. They were nice enough to give us a different room, but that room's wifi also didn't work. Our last night they told us it was actually a problem on the whole floor. We asked for any sort of refund given that we reserved the hotel thinking it had wifi, but they said no. 1 star given that we didn't get we paid for.
