Everything was excellent, from the check in, room cleanliness to the buffet breakfast, pool and spa. If they wanted to improve anything, would be to help with luggage. I got my own trolly and had 2 large and 2 small, piled them on my own onto the trolly and in check out also no one offered to help as they have done at other hotels.

The staff is very friendly and helpfu, recommeding and explaining the attractions, ATM, public transportions, and supermarkets. Let me stay till 2 pm without additional charge since my flight was departuring at night.

This hotel was a bit out of the way. It’s about a 20 walk to the nearest mall (where I took the hop on/hop off bus. But I walked around the the nearby restaurants by myself (female) and never once felt unsafe. The staff were really great and the room was really clean and comfortable. Totally recommend if you don’t mind being away from the action.

Great location. Within close walking proximity to malls. Long walk to Centro, but has nice views along the way. The staff this morning was so extra helpful. I dont have the Uber App. But one of the staff found a way to Uber me to the airport in time. Top notch customer sevice!

Not best choice for now

The hotel is 20 years old and you can see that in the room and amenities. The bathroom is dated and stained. Noise from 9 am through 6 pm. The 6th flour is under renovation so it was not a pleasant stay.

Air conditioning has been a problem in the rooms at both propertys. This one in santiago and the one in Vina del mar. Not sure why but its uncomfortable to sleep with the room temperature being 24-25c. What i dont understand is the ac works in all the common areas. Maintenance tried to fix but no sucess.

The hotel is under renovation which means drilling, buzzing and all sorts from 9am-6pm. The wifi is super poor also in the rooms. The biggest problem is the front desk staff. They must realize that renovations on site are not pleasant for any guest but they have zero empathy. Their response is - just deal with it. That's fine but you are in a customer service role. Show some empathy, kindness and consideration. Guests are still paying to stay at the hotel. A drunk group woke us up at 2am. The reception did not answer the phone. They partied and made noise for a good amount of time. Would not recommend this hotel until they finish renovations.

al llegar a hacer el chek inn, primero tuve que quedarme esperando pues en recepcion me indicaron que la reserva de exppedia no habia llegado. luego me asignaron una habitacion con 2 camas single pese a que la reserva decia cama queen. tuve que esperar cerca de 30 minutos para el cambio de habitacion. en la nueva habitacion el control remoto de la tv no funcionaba y el telefono de room service no contestaban pese a indicar un servicio 24/7. finalmente en recepcion atendieron el pedido y me trajeron la comida. el desayuno es limitado. faltan alimentos dulces y salados. no habia opcion de leches vegetales o sin lactosa y eso es algo basico hoy.
