"Pretty hotel and great value, love the free parking."

"I am not sure what others have rated the property on. The ratings seem very misleading! The bathroom was not clean and needs some serious repairs. There wasn’t a full-service kitchen and/or bar. The breakfast was extremely basic. I did not like the neighborhood either. Seemed to have a lot of homeless population. If you can spend 20-25 dollars more then find a better accommodation. I wouldn’t stay at this property again. "

"The staff was uniquely nonplussed about our arrival. Our 10 day vacation took us to the coast the mountains and Central San Jose. Everywhere we went our hosts seemed happy to see us and eager to serve. At your place, the vibe was remarkably different. Staff didn't look us in the eyes, never smiled, and seemed bored by their actions. They were indifferent to our requests at breakfast and we almost left without paying for breakfast because no one cared to bring us the bill. Again this experience was unique to the Curio."

"The room was clean, and qiuet. Breakfast was good, had variety of food. Please noted that there is no hotel shuttle to/from the airport. We tried to dropp off the postcard at the hotel, but they said they don't have that service. The hotel name is Suites Cristina apart hotel, not Residence Inn Cristina."

"The room was ok but it better was based on the price. The pool however wasn’t! Having a pool with weather temp in the middle of a San Jose tower means no one will use it. It should be a warmed pool cause otherwise it is there for decor. "

"We booked a room here at the last minute after the hotel we originally booked had double booked our room and left us with nowhere to stay after some long flights. We were so pleased to be here, the hotel is immaculate and all the staff so friendly and welcoming. Scarlett who checked us in was particularly helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were the comfiest I have had at a hotel. The breakfast also really good and excellent value."
