Pésima experiencia Al llegar al check in me dijeron que el edificio estaba cerrado por remodelación que no se estaba recibiendo pasajero El recepcionista fue muy agresivo y tajante a pesar de mostrarle mi reserva pagada Sin mucho que discutir me fui y me retire a la calle a ver alternativa A los minutos salió a pedirme disculpas que había un error y se había confundido pero el mal rato ya no se compensaba Por otro lado la habitación no tenía toallas en el baño y no había servicio a esa hora al parecer En la mañana tampoco existía el desayuno buffet que decía incluía la reserva Y las instalaciones del hotel dejan mucho que desear Para nunca más volver a un lugar así Muy decepcionante

Overall disappointing

Started with me showing up, saying I'm here for check-in, and the guy at the front desk responding "no check-in". I actually thought maybe I was in the wrong lobby and not even the hotel. After showing the reservation he insisted they had no open rooms and basically to go away. Eventually after arguing he called someone and they figured it out. As for the rest...meh...according to Expedia there is a gym...there isn't. The internet was spotty at best. The room itself if you're looking for simple well then it was ok. Nothing impressive and for the price you can find much better in the area.

My impressions of a well-located favorite.

Good and friendly hotel for my visiting needs. LaFayett Suites is at the heart of ecctical Nueva Providencia a.k.a. Avda. 11 de Seotiembre, hub of major shopping centers, business & entertainment. Its staff is always friendly but room cleanliness is so-so. For folks accustomed to quite nights, this location is less than favorable.

Although the hotel was in a good location in the middle of Providencia, Santiago with a great breakfast option, it was dated. Also, cleanliness was not the hotels strong suit, and my kitchen was particularly dirty with old french fries in the fridge and sink.

Not worth the money

Avoid this place. The room was a lot worse than in the pictures. They haven't been renovated for decades so the hotel is not worth the money paid. With the same money you can find a lot better places in Providencia. Some workers of the hotel were nice.

ótima localização

A localização é excelente. Os funcionários muito eficientes e gentis, principalmente o Sr. Enzo. Café da manhã bom. Uma boa reforma nos quartos e banheiros e o hotel ficaria perfeito.

Pésima calidad, sucio, sin agua caliente

Realmente la estadía en este hotel ha sido una sorpresa, entiendo que debería estar catalogado como de 1 estrella. La habitación con alfombra totalmente sucia, descuidada, despintada, etc... No tenía perchas para ropa, la habitación sin calefacción y hacia 0 grados... En el baño un cartel que menciona que el agua caliente dura 15 minutos y luego recupera en 1 hora, una cosa increíble, reservé 3 noches, pero luego de la 1ra me fui corriendo, hoteles.com me reintegró las 2 noches, eso Ok No lo recomiendo por menos dinero hay opciones 1000 veces mejores que esta

Pela terceira vez me hospedei neste hotel. Não é chique, mas é limpo, seguro, confortável e o principal, perto de tudo. Existem até outros um pouco mais barato, mas distantes de tudo. Sem dúvida eu voltaria neste hotel.

I booked 8 rooms and everyone was pleased. It would have helped if there was someone that spoke English at the front desk. We did use hand language though. The breakfast was very good and they had a nice seating area on the seond floor that we were able to meet at.

Bairro ótimo, mas escolha outro hotel !

O único ponto positivo do hotel é a localização. É melhor optar por gastar um pouquinho, pouco mesmo a mais, pois só fui para lá porque tive que alterar o dia da viagem . O melhor é ficar e outros no mesmo bairro. O hotel é minúsculo, velho, cama péssima e tudo sem manutenção adequada. Fiquei do dia 13 a 21 de setembro, neste período estavam tentando dar uma maquiagem no salão do café, mas para ficar aceitável, teriam que reformar o hotel inteiro. Outro ponto importante, nunca confie nas informações da portaria, quanto a locais e horários de visita, se certifique antes, pois são péssimos no atendimento.

Fair hotel in Providencia

It's a fair hotel in a beautiful part of Santiago, but it's old, very noisy and doesn't have a gym, as they show in the website. They offer a nice breakfast with fruit, yoghurt and bread.

AN ABSOLUTE DUMP! RUDE STAFF! PICK ANYWHERE ELSE! I TRAVEL TO SOUTH AMERICA EVERY 4 months and this is the least enjoyable hotel that I have ever witnessed!

Horrible expirience! Severly aging...no English!

Wow, where to begin! The day I was leaving I was in a hurry to the airport and trying to drop my key off and I was held hostage by the guy at the front desk. I paid in full prior to the trip and he pulls out a bill for nearly the same amount. I provide the bill and said I paid which the prinout proved, but he insisted that I couldñt leave and I only paid a downpayment! What a joke! I said call the police. This was just the tip of the iceberg. NO ENGLISH IN THE HOTEL! If you are a tourist and dont know the city dont stay here! Room had furnishings from the 70s not to mention decaying floorboards and walls.

Quarto e banheiro pequenos, mas com uma antesala bem estruturada com fogão, frigobar, mesa e sofá. O café da manhã é básico: pão, ovos cozidos, queijo, presunto, uma salada de frutas e iorgurte. O incoveniente é o horário de ínicio do café da manhã que só começa as 08h00min, muito tarde. O hotel fica muito bem localizado, perto de tudo, inclusive uma estaçao de metro. Os recepcionistas são atenciosos, mas a senhora que organiza o café da manhã é muito antipática. Só temos 15 min de banho quente, após esse tempo a água quente é cortada e só se restabelece em 45 minutos. O hotel atendeu as minhas necessidades e como fui sem expectativa nenhuma, não houve frustação.
