My wife n I stayed 2 days here n was treated perfectly. They have free breakfast n it’s delicious plus they have a casino in the same hotel. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a good n decent place. I’ll comeback if I need another getaway,thanks.

This property was conveniently located, had a casino, and restaurants. The pool and cabanas were a great place to hang out. My first room had no hot water but they got me moved quickly. Would stay here again

It depends on what your looking for...

Good price nice facility. More for young adults and casino crowd. But if you spend most of your time away it doesn't matter. The free breakfast in the morning is better than most offered by hotels.

The pool area had a surprisingly nice ambiance and decor and the food/drinks were good too. Our waiter Wilson gave good service. Room was basic which was expected for the price in the area. Included breakfast was a nice perk. Cinnamon coffee hit the spot after a long night. Overall, good value.

I live the pool the club it was the best weekend of my life I enjoy the food to the casino. Must of all the staff was nice with me they answers my question I don speak Spanish but the put words together and make it works

Location only

We booked a room ove here because of its location. We were moving from one city to another, and it was located on a main road. I consider it a hotel just for a stopover, to rest and continue on your journey, or even if you're on a budget. The staff was very attentive. They gave us a room without towels or hot water, with very old furniture, but it was fixed and smelled of cigarettes. They forgot about the bathroom, though: dirty, stained, moldy, and broken. So I complained, and they moved us. It wasn't a surprise, as it was more of the same. This one already had towels and A/C, and it smelled less of cigarettes. I would give it a 2-star rating. We didn't use the amenities. This hotel is in a very good location, but it's run down.

I've been staying at this property since during the pandemic and at every stay I encountered the following problems: bad communication at check-in, room in poor condition, no working security safe in the rooms, No Hot Water, unstable internet service; This review is in no way to throw shade on anyone, but this is a Wyndham property and I do expect that all efforts should be made to bring the quality and service of this location up to the standard that I am accustomed to at other Ramada/Wyndham hotels. While there are presently ongoing repairs I want to advise that focus should not only be on paint-job and cracks in the walls but to ensure that all rooms now have running hot water, stable internet and all rooms have a security safe for the guests to store their valuables. I look forward to my next visit and the opportunity to stay in one of the newly completely renovated rooms.
