Pésima atención

La recepción cierra de noche y ofrecen un teléfono de atención 24h que cuando llamas un conteatador dice que sólo atienden a partir de las 9am!! Tuvimos que irnos del hotel sin podernos duchar con agua caliente. La atención al cliente es horrible.

ATENCION IMPECABLE

Lo mejor de todo es la atención del personal. Se han precoupado en todo momento de que me encontrara a gusto. La habitación me resultó cómoda y silenciosa. El spa, algo pequeño pero suficiente para una horita de relax. El desayuno te lo llevan a la habitación en una cestita y te lo dejan en la puerta. El día de antes debes elegir entre una lista que productos se van a querer tomar. En el baño eché en falta algún amenitie, ya que sólo había un jaboncito para manos. La ubicación del hotel es en el mismo pueblo, cerca de todo y hay sitio suficiente para poder aparcar.

Bonitos y nuevos aptos en un pueblo tranquilo

Beautiful place to stay

The apartment was very clean, great style and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helped us with all sorts of information - where to eat, what to do in the area, etc. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast - better, cheaper and easier to go next door to the bakery and do it on your own. The only problem we had was the first night we stayed there, the staff had people over to the apartment next to us (maybe they live there?), and were very loud. They finally quieted down when we went to ask them - about 12:30 pm.
