"The Afrodete Hotel was a great place to stay! It’s in a great location with a mini mart right next door. The hotel receptionist was very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for things to do, good sunset spots, how to get to the shopping streets etc. She also arranged our transfer to and from the ferry port which was much appreciated. The pool area is beautiful and clean.
Vangellis can arrange tours - the sunset cruise was particularly good.
He can arrange car hire if you want.
There is air conditioning and a safe.
As it was end of season the bar wasn't staffed but you could ask for drinks or pizza or go to the nearby shops.
It was what I expected and gave me a very restful stay."
"A lovely resort. Very helpful staff. Ansu welcomed us and immediately we felt as it was a home away from home. Great breakfasts - special thanks to Sandesh, Sandip and Pemba for their hospitality. Wonderful communal pool and individual pool at the Villa Santorini. Resort is away from the crowds of Fira and Oia but all within touching distance. Best to hire a car - do so at a local car hire in Fira - George from Auto4U (nect to Mcdonalds) was excellent and very reasonable. Highly recommend...

"Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Pension St. George. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, sauber und wurde alle zwei Tage sehr gründlich gereinigt. Der Balkon war zwar klein, aber mit einem schönen Blick aufs Meer.
