"Cons
1. Hairdryer was jammed when we checked in & the head had to be replaced as it was inoperable due to hair jammed into the head of the hairdryer.
2. The website says air-conditioned rooms but staff informed they are air cooled.The first night was very sweaty & uncomfortable to get sleep. Staff asked us to open the window for ventilation.This wasn't an option as this overlooks a highway & lot of traffic noise.
3. The hotel is located in Gais & requires Bolt & Uber for any Porto related...
"The staff was good, the location may be okay if you do not mind being in the middle of a busy street and probably more convenient for bag packing individuals. Not quiet overnight, however close to Metro station.
All this can probably be managed but my room needed maintenance workup. Leaky faucet and below sink pipe with water on floors. Ripped furnitures and stained blankets. The front desk was nice enough on departure day so I updated them"
