"Tudo excelente. O Flávio e a Patrícia são ótimos e fazem de tudo para atender as necessidades dos hóspedes. A propriedade é enorme mas um sossego. Quarto confortável. Café da manhã ótimo, com produtos frescos. "

"Café da manhã fraco, muito fraco : refrescos industrializados, sem gosto. Poucas opções, não havia o básico: pão de queijo, requeijão, geleias, sachet de açúcar, adoçante, queijo branco- só apareceu no sábado. Os quartos precisam de roupa de cama e banho novos, mais travesseiro, edredom com aspecto de sujo, difícil acesso ao prédio anexo, a iluminação precária, teve um dia que tive de usar a lanterna do celular . O hotel tem potencial, mas a experiência vivida não me incentiva a retornar ."

"Central location within a 5 minute walk for all that Petropolis has to offer. Great breakfast in a comfortable setting. Nice swimming pool area to relax. We had an issue with the toilet in our room and as the hotel couldn’t repair quickly they moved us to another room. "

"Um lugar razoável para se hospedar, café da manhã bom, atendimento bom, boa localização mas o quarto é bem distante da expectativa que as fotos geram. Custo benefício não é razoável em minha avaliação, mas reitero, depende de expectativa que o visitante tem em relação ao conforto do quarto."

"Ficamos em um chalé bem espaçoso, com lareira, frigobar, uma mesinha, hidromassagem. Vi muitas pessoas se queixando aobre cheiro de mofo mas não sentimos nada no nosso quarto. Há 2 destaques muito importantes: o cafe da manhã (sem dúvida um dos melhores que eu já comi). Opcões de frutas, pães, doces deliciosos, frios, cafes"

"Not enough staff on premises. Tried calling 8 times, at different numbers, no one answered. Later found out that the person that checks you in is the same that cooks and serves meals. Horrible. "
