Good clean and safe choice in São Paulo

Was in SP for a short solo stay - exploring the city and visiting a friend. This hotel is in an excellent and very safe location - feels like a clean better-brand business hotel in the US. Spa is closed but other services are good - nice breakfast.

Hotel is well located, personnel is friendly and courteous, very professional and warm. Hotel looks really new outside, now the rooms look dated. Also, why no coffee on room? And machine in lobby only available at 2pm? Who needs coffee at 2pm. Give coffee to you guess

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Blue Tree Premium Paulista Hotel in September 2024. We visited Sao Paulo to attend the NFL game that took place at Arena Corinthians. Our stay was pleasant and the front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. The manager at the front desk spoke English which made it easier for us to communicate with the other staff members. The hotel was clean and kept up. There are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops that are walking distance so that was a major plus for us.

The rooms are very noisy due to thin windows and walls which expose the rooms to heavy street noise, including a few restaurants and bars at ground level. The hotel lobby is also under construction right now and the entrance is complex, which should be disclosed in advance. WiFi doesn’t work well and disconnects regularly. The rooms are basic but clean. Air conditioning was not very strong, towels were thin and scratchy. Very friendly service and staff. Good location. If the price was a bit lower, I would understand.
