Internet didn't work and AC the same. Very nice shower, clean. Price at Hotels.com was one, but at the property, was more. Overall isso worthy when you have longer flights and need a few hours rest.

Convenient for a long lay-over. Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Clean rooms, and for LaTam connections, the check-in/baggage drop is literally right outside the door. Couldn’t be more convenient.

This property is located in the arrivals level of terminal two. The property is very convenient to get a few hours sleep between flights. I can also shower. The only problem is that there are no signs around the airport directing you to the property. To confuse matters if you try and find it via GPS it is here to another property with the same name which is outside the airport about six minute drive from the airport. nobody in the airport could tell me that this property existed. They need signage and better instructions on how to get to the property.

I made my reservartion more than 3 months earlier because I don’t like inconvenience facts,but this hotel doesn’t have any worries to send me any notice about the incomplete payment, and inform that my reservation is not completed…just notice me on the check in time when I arrived from abroad… It was very uncomfortable for me.

Asked to change the room, to a double bedroom, but wasn’t possible according to the receptionist. I was willing to pay the difference. At night all the towels were in separate plastic bags, but in the morning was hanged on the wall, pretty confusing, to know if those towels were properly clean, especially with the current pandemic situation.

A little pricey. You end up paying mostly for the location. The room is very small but if it is just for some resting while waiting for your flight it is ok. Staff is very friendly.

It was great that was one floor away from airport departure. If you're exhausted and in a hurry go for it. But just know the "rooms" and ridiculously tiny, there's literally no room for yourself and your suitcases. There are no windows, the AC was not working, and I sincerely doubt this place complies with fire safety regulations (I can't image how a bunch of people would be able to scape form such a tight space should a fire break out)

The hotel is very covenient, inside the airport and clean. The problem I have is with the price. They up-charged me with the excuse of currency exchange rate. What was agreed upon reservation on the internet was not what I paid. Bait and switch.

Good for quick sleep between flights or ovr night.
It is very conveniently located in the airport and two of our layovers were overnight in Sampa. So it was nice not to have to catch shuttle late and catch one back very early in the morning. The rooms are small which is fine but the beds were pretty short. I’m 6’2” and wall to wall was maybe 6’6” so my feet were on the wall and had an inch or two of space at the head.

Bed bugs ! The property had BED bugs. I was bit over ten times and my left food was almost swollen due to the bites !!! The walls are thing , bathrooms were always busy you could barely get in. Terrible
