It was a convenient location to access life downtown during the daylight hours but after dark there were warnings from hotel staff and nearby police to be careful walking around.

Buena propiedad a secas. Ubicacion regular con comercios y restaurants. Habitacion amplia pero baño chiquito (teniendo espacio) e instalaciones muy viejas y penetra el alto ruido de la calle. Le falta una renovada a todo el mobiliario y ventanas. Alrededores lleno de Vagos como toda la Horrible ciudad. Espero no regresar a Brazil y sentir tanta inseguridad en todos lados!!

O atendimento é maravilhoso! Na recepção tem uma máquina de café, cappuccino, chocolate quente etc tudo cortesia. A localização é mto estratégica, tudo pertinho. Os quartos são mto simples.

Foi tudo tranquilo, muito bem recebida, sempre bem atendida. Tudo de acordo com o prometido. Um quarto simples, mas bem limpo, toalhas higienizadas, cama razoavelmente confortável. Só o chuveiro precisa de uma limpezinha na ducha, a agua sai pra todo lado. No geral tudo perfeito, recomendaria muito o Hotel Normandie.

Muita sujeira embaixo das camas. Saímos e deixamos lembrete para limpar o quarto e ao retornarmos ànoite,a pia estava suja. O atendimento na recepção é otimo! Gosto desse hotel e me hospedo nele há muitos anos.

Melhor custo beneficio do centro de SP

O café da manhã é incrível. A equipe do hotel como um tudo é muito atenciosa e simpática, da recepção às camareiras. O fato de que só um elevador estava funcionado tornava a subida e a descida lenta, às vezes. Mas nada que afetasse a estadia. É ruim o fato da porta do banheiro ser sem trinco. Fora isso, gostei muito e é um ótimo custo benefício. Pretendo voltar muitas vezes.

- Quarto bem espaçoso, muito bem-arrumado. - Banheiro bem espaçoso, ótimo chuveiro e pia bem grande para colocar objetos pessoais. Único detalhe é o rejunte do box que soltou um pouco devido à umidade, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia. - O ar-condicionado não foi necessário pela temperatura externa de 14°, mas seria legal um split que ficasse na parte superior da parede. - Cama bem grande e muito confortável, com móvel ao lado com duas tomadas para carregar telefone. - Mobiliário ótimo e variado, que nos proporcionou guardar bem nossa bagagem. - Café da manhã MARAVILHOSO!!!!!! - E o diferencial extremamente positivo: O serviço de maleiro, que nos permitiu guardar nossas bagagens para que passeássemos por SP. Quartos sem isolamento acústico

O atendimento é muito bom, mas como o hotel é um pouco antigo precisa de uma reforma nos banheiros e nos apartamentos, principalmente fazer um isolamento acústico pois escutamos muito o barulho da rua, mesmo ficando em quartos ao fundo. Quanto ao café da manhã, tem muita variedade e a equipe do hotel é bem prestativa.
