"The hotel was very nice. The only downsize is the bed. It is a typical Japanese bed nice and firm. The public bath is nice but on the small side. "

"The staff kindly held our luggage until check-in time, which was a nice convenience on a busy morning. The building is a little dated, but the room and bed was quite comfy. The location, in the heart of the Odori area and close to the subway and streetcar was perfect."
