Everything was within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was good especially for the early risers as most places didn’t open until 9 at the earliest.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient spot in Sapporo. The staff were fantastic - my partner was sick and the receptionist literally spent 50 minutes on the phone to find us a same-day appointment with an English-speaking doctor.

Safe has a problem which cannot be opened occasionally. We needed to call staff to override to open it. Please check and maintain regularly. Nonetheless, the overall quality of the experience in this hotel is good.

Wonderful stay. Nice, clean rooms and super helpful with our infant. Pillows were a little hard, but that’s our only complaint. Great location. Highly recommend!

Surprisingly generous and thoughtful staffs, nice location where you can walk from Susukino sta. Or Sapporo too! Clean and totally enough space even in the smallest room in the hotel.

All good expect the bed and pillows
Hotel breakfast was better den i was expected.. Location was good and hotel vibe was all good.. And there was a linked familymart right beside the hotel :) But the only thing that bugs us was the bed and pillows.... There was only 2pillows provided for a double bed and the bed was rather hard.. Pillows wasnt fluffy and they have beans on the other side which makes it hard to lie on too.. Would be better if they can change the pillow or provide 4 instead..

This is our second time staying in this hotel. We like La'gent Stay Sapporo for their modern design and they have bigger rooms compare to other Japan hotels. Hotel is located in main area of good foods. But somehow we think their breakfast spreads is less attractive than we stayed couple years ago. Onsen area could get quite slippery. Hope they can keep up their good works.

The hotel was conveniently located near Odori Station and had a great breakfast option. The room was spacious for a Japanese hotel and very clean. Loved that we had a coffee machine in our room.
