Location is excellent for subway, street car and walking distance or short ride to Sapporo Station. It made sightseeing convenient and easy with the use of Google maps. The Sapporo snow festival is right across the street and the ice carving festival was just a short street car ride or 15 minute easy walk away. Daily breakfast buffet has so many delicious choices that I would sample everything and be stuffed most of the day. Definitely staying here again.

Very quiet area with the best breakfast buffet I've had in Japan. Huge hotel with very comfy beds. Only complaint is its a few blocks away from the main shopping and food areas.

Resonable sized room nice layout. A good 15min walk from Sapporo station. Close to subway. Not all rooms have garden view.

Great hotel, great location right on Odori Park, walking distance to many tourist areas and attractions. The subway line is only a couple of blocks and the tram only one block back. The room was amazing, only a small issue with the lounge futon bed which was very uncomfortable, however after asking for another fold out bed as a replacement it was fixed straight away. The buffet breakfast is a bit repetitive but nice enough. Internet was amazing, I would stay at this hotel again.

Excellent location, staff at lobby was kind and helpful. Bathroom was not sparkling clean but it was in a really good state nevertheless. I would stay here again without doubts.

It was good experience to stay at this hotel as it’s situated centrally at Odori park and easy to commute all the places by walk and easy approach to airport and Sapporo station. A lot of restaurants and bars are in the vicinity of this hotel and good view from the back side

The hotel is clean, though our room was somewhat smelly. The rooms are large. They ask you to pick up any amenities you need near the reception, even though most of them are also in the room. Breakfast was mostly Japanese fare. It would have been nice to have more fruit and vegetables.

Terrible check-in experience sets the tone for rest of stay. Horrible vibe. Threatened to report me to the police because I refused for them to make a copy of my passport. I understand they need my passport to verify identity. I told them they can take the details but do not make a copy. They insisted it is Japanese law (which I have checked and confirmed it isn't law. Other hotels I stayed in don't do that too). So I told them to proceed to report to the police. I was prepared to walk away to another hotel. Need to collect amenities in lobby. Room was tiny and bare. Definitely more 3 star than 4 star hotel. Hotel staff do not speak English and unhelpful. Quite a walk from subway station. I do not recommend this hotel.

The property is nice however the attitude of the manager was terrible , and the rooms that I have booked and paid for were not right the first night we had a deluxe rooms with all the amenities and the room rate was $500.00 USD the following day we were transferred to a smaller ordinary room on the 2nd floor with a street view and the charge was $680.00 USD . It was more expensive. When I complained the manager didn’t care and said that is the only left for us , it’s either we take the room or move to another hotel

Excellent location, within a walking distance from a lot of things (Hokkaido University, Sapporo Station, shopping and nightlife). Very well-run, professional, friendly staff. Coin laundry is a big plus for families on longer trips. Microwave available (not in every room, but easy enough), convenience store next door... it's all there, we had an excellent three-night stay.

Convenient location in quiet and relaxed area. Facing to Odori park, great strolling experience in busy city of Sapporo. Staff are very friendly and professional. Room is small but has everything you need (or ask, they will fetch you! Like coffee cup instead of Japanese tea cup)
