Key codes did not work

The place was comfortable with mini kitchen, laundry machine, mini oven and microwave etc. However, the key codes to front door and door to the room did not always work.

宿に入る時の暗証番号のメールが来ていなかったので、スムーズに入れなかったけど、電話したらすぐに教えてくれたからよかった。洗濯機はあったけど、乾燥機はなかったので、洗濯物が乾かなかった。サーキュレーターがあったら便利だと思った。

建物に入るためのパスワードが必要で、入ってからもタブレットのチェックインパスワードが必要。 事前にメモなどして、手元にあった方が素早くできると感じた。 チェックインが23:00までだけど、エスコンフィールド帰りだと、間に合わず。 23:30ぐらいでも対応していただけてありがたかった！ キッチンのコンロが１つ、レンジ、トースターなども揃っていて、自炊などもできそう！ 洗濯機もあり、ハンガーや物干しも準備されていた。 使ってはないが、長期でも滞在できそう！ 居心地の良い、宿でした。

家族4人で利用しました。価格もリーズナブルで、部屋は広々としていて、バスルームやトイレも清潔でした。駅やバス停が比較的近いのでとても便利。チェックインやチェックアウトもスムーズで気持ちよく過ごせました。また行く機会があれば利用します。ありがとうございました！

キー操作が若干複雑、情報が何回かに分かれて来ていたので少しだけ入室時に戸惑いました。 チェックアウト時もナンバーが送られて来ましたが、ナンバーではなくQRコードを要求されて？？？となりました。でも自分の情報を入力して検索することでチェックアウトも無事終了。 メールもすぐに対応してくれるので不安な気持ちにはならずにすみました。 地元の友人が1時間ほど滞在して盛り上がっていたところあっという間に管理会社から携帯に電話がかかって来ました。これも即時対応が行き届いてる証拠ですね(笑)ただ少し壁？床？は薄いのかな？ 洗濯まわりも食器用洗剤もカトラリーも過不足なく揃っていて大満足でした　長期にも向くと思います。

お部屋がとても清潔感があり、おしゃれで、色々揃っていたので過ごしやすかったです。隣の部屋の音漏れが少しあったのが気になるくらいで、それ以外はとても良かったです！

部屋数のわりに駐車場が少なく、事前予約が必要。事前予約したが満車とのことで断られ近くのコインパーキングに駐車したが、結局施設前の駐車場には車は停まっていなかったので何故断られたかわからず、モヤモヤした気分になった。

札幌駅からは少し離れていますが、地下鉄の駅へは徒歩10分ほどで値段としては納得の立地です 部屋はかなり広めです。 洗濯物干しや洗濯機、食器、洗剤、リンスインシャンプー、冷蔵庫等とりあえず手ぶらできても全く問題ないくらいものが揃っていました チェックインの受付がビデオ通話かつ英語というのは少しびっくりしましたが、旅行気分を味わえて逆に良かったです 外観、内装、水回りともにとても清潔でした 全く文句なしの宿でした ありがとうございました

夏の暑さ対策のためか，エアコンが2階についている．よって，冬にエアコンをつけても，暖気は上に溜まるため，リビングスペースの1階が暖まらない．1階は非常に寒い．壁暖房は力不足．冬に泊まるのはオススメしません．

北海道の札幌だったので、部屋でも厚手の服装がいいのか悩んでいましたが、エアコンの温度もそんなに上げないで快適に過ごせました❗子供でも、すすきのに、徒歩で行ける距離で色んな飲食店で沢山食べれました。

お部屋もキレイで、タオルもふかふかでとっても良かったんですが、冷蔵庫の中に前の方が飲み残したペットボトルが入ったまま、ソファーの下にホコリがあったのには残念でした。 あと、スプーンやフォークはあるのにお箸が無かったのも残念でした。 目の前が公園だったので、子供は喜んでいました。 ありがとうございました。

It was good as a space where the hostel was over and clean and many people could sleep. Just, I don't have any amenities, I'm a little off the main street, but I liked to eat and walk I'd like to rebook if I go back.
