I stayed 2 nights with my husband and it was great choice ever! We loved location, there are lots of good restaurants around the hotel and shopping area. Also we loved the big bath so used every night. room was cozy and clean and other facilities were also clean and neat. The staff was not super fluent at english but was helpful enough. I will definitely visit again.
The amenities such as the public bath and freebies (ice cream, welcome drink, etc.) made this stay lovely. The hotel room is well designed, making it easy to stay in. Everything felt a very clean and it was a great place to stay.
We had a pleasant stay in the Vessel Hotel Susukino. Breakfast was delicious; the only problem was that the restaurant gets very very crowded at breakfast. The location is very convenient and the room was compact but very well organized. The staff was super kind.
Just 5mins walk to the center shopping area, the Service level is good, but the public bathing area is a bit crowded at the weekend. Breakfast is outstanding. We will come back on our next visit.
The room is clean and bed is comfortable. You could feel free to take toothbrushes, razors, comb and cotton bud from the amenity corner in the lobby. I like this hotel has large public bath and sauna, but the area is limited.
Nice Japanese style boutique hotel. Polite staff, the entire facility is nice, clean and model design. Very cute and tasty tea & coffee brewing machine. Slight complaints that the pillows are small and flat.
Very nice property for its price. Loved the stay but had issues going from Sapporo station to Susukino station and to the hotel. Recommend taking taxi from Sapporo station. Susukino station is not so far away but it was difficult with the luggages and bags. Plan accordingly for the transportation. Otherwise it was very nice, clean, super nice staffs/service, and good breakfast options.

Disliked: Staff & service
Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Location was great though. The sacrifices you make for location I guess
We had a great 3 night stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. Everything from the breakfast buffet, to the room, to the public bath was impeccable. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!
The room is packed with all the necessary items you need in a compact space. While they do not clean your room everyday (which you can request the staff to do), they provide fresh set of towels everyday. The check in process is wonderful, with their staff enthusiastically sharing where to eat and walk around the hotel. The breakfast is the best breakfast buffet spread ever, with a rotating menu of different hokkaido ingredients everyday and massive selection of foods to try, which ordinarily costs a lot ordering outside. I will definitely stay in Vessel Hotel Susukino Campana when I'm back.
