"The person in reception did not know how to solve the problem, possible a new staff? The air condition in my room was not working and she said because I booked with Expedia she can not give me other room that match my reservation. At the end I was charged for food and beer that I never ordered and they after 2 days still didn’t return my money. Thanks"

Free parking available 2 complains: 1. no hot tub, only pool and the water is a bit cold (even though it's scorching outside) 2. security is a bit lax. side doors and elevator have card readers but guests are not required to use them even late at night."
