Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally connected to the SCC which was SO continent for food and shopping!! Its also just a short 30 minute walk / 8 minute drive away from old town. You can also get the tram which is right outside the hotel by the mall entrance. There is even another mall right opposite outside with more food and shopping options. The room was clean, spacious and amazing views. 10/10

This hotel was very beautiful, exquisite bath and shower areas, carved wooden panels in the rooms, cute sitting areas by the large windows. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The pool, sauna and hammam were elegantly designed. Very relaxing vibes. The massage services were also excellent as well as the food.

Outstanding Hotel, one of the best actually that I have stayed in Sarajevo. Conveniently located right in the shopping center access to Sarajevo City Center. Hasan who works at the reception has not only provided the best service but always went above and beyond to ensure we have wjat we needed. One example was when we were trying to find taxi to attend Severina Concert. He immediately ensured taxi was available while we were waiting in the lobby. Thank you Hasan for all of your outstanding service, professionalism, during our stay here.

Hotel is perfect. Location is very nice. But the hotel is 100 pct alcohol free. There is no pub. Yu should inform to the customers before booking the hotel. This is not big issue but this was the first Swiss hotel whic I ever stayed
