"The hotel’s location, friendly staff, and proximity to the beach and restaurants were excellent. The property was also very clean and well maintained.
Considering the hotel’s rate, I would have expected the continental breakfast to offer a bit more variety. During my three-day stay, the eggs were served boiled and cold each morning. I was expecting options such as scrambled eggs, along with a selection of cheeses and bacon.
Additionally, the milk was served cold, and there was no microwave available in the breakfast area. I had to go to the lobby to heat the milk in the microwave located next to the vending machine. Providing a microwave in the breakfast area, along with a more varied and consistently warm breakfast selection, would significantly improve the overall experience and make the breakfast feel more in line with the hotel’s rate.
Apart from these points, I had no complaints about my stay. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel, but I believe addressing these areas would further improve the guest experience and help guests feel more comfortable and at ease.
