"There was moldy patchwork on the bathroom ceiling, the toilet was dirty, the grout in the bathroom floor was caked with dirt, there were scratches on the front door in the bathroom door, like a dog was contained, and there was bedbugs in the bed closest to the window. My friend has several bites on her legs. No compensation or apology was given."

"The restaurant was a joke. Very poor quality food and service. For breakfast I ordered over easy eggs three different days and they couldn't do it.Elevator buttons had floor number rubbed off. On-site parking was quite a distance from the hotel reception. Fully carpeted floors in common areas. While our mini suite was a good size, the bathroom was very tight. Pillows were heavy and took time to adjust to their enormous weight. Coffee maker was ancient. The hotel gives its address on Broadway...

"This was a basic facility no dining room. The staff did change my booking from a two queen beds to a king size because I was the only occupant. "

"Everything! Not at all what its advertised. Its a ghost motel. I was the only resident for 3 days. Nob and tube wiring, bathroom door showing signs of damand and would not close. The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one...

"I was in the area for a concert at SPAC, closeness was great. The staff were helpful and welcoming . Our room was very clean, comfortable & spacious. The pool was disappointing , it was very cold and it was a high 78 sunny day, but the staff said when I called inquire , “it was a heated pool”, it was freezing! "Clean room. Easy check in"

"The staff was very helpful an I had a quick check in. The room was clean. I like a hot breakfast and it was delicious, I really appreciate that the scrambled eggs where nor just plain but that they had chives. It was easy to find parking close to the door. What I did not like is the design of the shower door. It is not a door that closes fully and it ended up creating a lot of water outside of the shower. Other than that, our stay was great and I will go back again!"

"Run as fast as you can! The motel is disgusting and mold infested. The furniture was in poor repair, the sink had old dried toothpaste stuck to the sides, and the walls are paper thin. We ended up not staying and left. Truly disturbing that this is even available."
