"This is a cost effective basic hotel. The property is I believe an ongoing project as they seem to be working on it in places. It is a little cluttered in places with equipment and building supplies etc but all the important things we needed and wanted were there. It was a bit of a climb down from Hilton but we needed a cool room, shower, Wi-Fi and pool all of which were of a good standard. "Great place to stay after arrival at the airport. Only a 15 min ride. Woke up to quite lakes filled with geese and ducks. A good place to spend a few nights. They do a very nice breakfast, too."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Dalyan Terrace Hotel. While the hotel is not right on the river, the terrace on the top floor has an amazing view of the river and the tombs. Plus it is walking distance to the boats which will take you to the beach. Great value, lovely staff, nice breakfast. We would stay here again."
