If you have friends visiting while you are there they charge per person for them just being there whether they are staying or not. There were many extra fees. "Figuring out the rent car pickup was a little confusing, but the staff is VERY responsive via Expedia messaging and email. Our electronic door lock locked us out at 10p and a couple of fast emails later someone was at our door making a fix. Excellent service!"
