Very nice hotel, friendly service, good breakfast.

I liked the room, the food was delicious at breakfast and the staff were brilliant. They even filled my flask with hot water for me. It was one of the best hotels I have stayed at and at a great price through Expedia

A high quality hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were very helpful with a bank problem I had. The room was well laid out, with great views over the waterfront. The hotel is well-located for Mobile's dining options and walking around the more picturesque part of the city, and is across the street from the brand new Amtrak station.

Lovely hotel. Would recommend it and think that anybody would be happy with a stay there.

All was well till we went down for breakfast, and a sweet white lady was telling us about the meal, we thought was free breakfast, I had picked up a plate and another lady with a unfriendly tone toldthe white lady, don't put the plate back, and started talking down to her getting on to her about what happened, I think if she would have kindly explained to her not belittling her I would not have had a problem with it.

Modern build hotel. Friendly staff. Room was excellent. Convenient in every way. No frills, but certainly no complaints.

Great time had by myself and family. Staff were really friendly with my grandson, especially Glenden who was really nice. Would definitely stay there again
