"Absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Ordered a pizza and a frie. Waited one hour and still no pizza or fry. After being told initially the pizza would take 20 minutes. After 40 minutes we inquired. After a hour still no food. Asked for manager. She apologized and said can refund our money but we wouldn’t see it on credit card for a day or two. Didn’t offer to make this right just refunded our credit card. We left furious and hungry.we got to our room and turned on the TV which said “ no signal”. Parr for the course. My wife was so angry about the Celebrity Grill she called for management. They actually had the pizza and fries delivered to our room within 15 minutes by the same manager who did nothing for us. This should have been done initially upon our complaint. Also check-in was quite lengthy time waiting. "
