"We had an exceptional experience at the Radisson Blu Elizabete Hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Janis at check-in and Elina at checkout—both went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The room was very comfortable, and we really appreciated the refillable water bottle and filtered water station—a small touch that made a big difference. The location was also ideal, with plenty to see, eat, and do just steps away. When we return to Riga, we’ll absolutely stay here again!"

"Really glad we chose this hotel. It was in a central location, close to everything. The breakfast had enough variety for a three night stay and not feel repetitive. They accommodated us when we asked to change our room the second day, due to a strong odor of paint since the hotel is going through a renovation. They also helped us with a later checkout. "Great quality, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, clean room and nice atmosphere. Pretty sure that next time we’ll choose the same hotel again. Sound insulation was good enough so music and peoples noise from the street didn’t bother us at all. Just minor minuses in our room, other aircon unit didn’t work, but room cooled just fine with one. Shower door’s lower seal was gone and water from door leaked to bathroom floor and finaly to room door"
